Shipping Procedures
When shipping cargo to any of our destinations we require the following:
- All cargo should be properly marked and labeled for the consignee. This should include:
Consignee Name Consignee Address Piece Count (i.e. 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc.) - All shipments require proper documentation:
Invoice Packing List Shippers Export Declaration (if applicable) Bill of Lading (if applicable) Banking Documentation (if applicable) - We provide cut off times for all destinations, however, special arrangements can be made by contacting our office and speaking with the appropriate traffic coordinator.
- Copies of all documents will be forwarded to out agent via courier. Upon receipt of shipping documents, the agent then notifies our consignees and makes arrangements for customs clearance, and delivery or pickup of goods. This insures that all arrangements are made prior to receipt of the goods at the final destination.
